To Register for
Online payment of Water Bills you are kindly requested to
give the following information. The name and address should be as specified in the Water Bill. Please do not leave space within NIC Number. (Ex: 123456789v is correct.) |

The NWSDB requires one working day to
confirm your registration. You can make online payment of water
bills after confirmation of your registration. |

If a Consumer has more than one premises he/she can use 1, 2, 3.. after the NIC (Ex. xxxxxxxxxV1, xxxxxxxxxV2...) for the registration. |

NIC is only act as your password for login in to the Payment Portal. |

After do the payment, if the 'Print" command is not working, users are kindly request to use browser's print option (File > Print). |

Please use valid NIC number for the registration process. Do not use invalid NIC number (Ex. 123456789V) |

If a consumer need to change his/her account details, please contact closest Water Board office. You can find your closest Water Board office on your overleaf of the Water Bill. |
