Application for exhibition stalls

Exhibition Space

Exhibition spaces will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your preferred stall, please complete the application form available at the link below and proceed with the payment as instructed in the Payment tab.

Please note that, all exhibitors are required to comply with the terms and conditions provided herewith, along with the general rules applicable to the entire conference.

Entitlements per Stall:

  1. Complimentary meals: 2 lunches and 4 refreshments (morning & evening) daily for 2 persons
  2. 13 Amp electricity supply
  3. Access to the premises 24 hours in advance for stall setup before the start of the conference

12 hours for dismantling and removal of materials after 18:00 hrs. on 24th March

You are entitled for followings:

  1.  2 lunches, 4 refreshments per stall per day for 2 persons
  2.  Electricity supply
  3.  24 hrs. for necessary arrangements before the starting date of the conference.
  4.  Works/ arrangements can be carried out until 22.00 hrs.

Exhibition terms & conditions

 

  1. General information

The provisions subject to which exhibitors may take part in the IWA Water Safety Conference and Exhibition 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Exhibition’) are laid down in these standard Terms and Conditions of event participation (hereinafter called ‘Standard Terms’).

  • Organization

The Exhibition is organized by the International Water Association and NWSDB. (hereinafter and in the Standard Terms referred to as the ‘Organizers’). The mailing address is: National Water Supply and Drainage Board, Galle Road Ratmalana, Sri Lanka.

  • Venue time and dates

The Exhibition will take place from 9.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. on 23-24 March 2026 (on 23 March 2026, the exhibition will only open, after the Opening Ceremony). The exhibition will take place 23rd and 24th March2026.  The venue for this event is Center of Excellence for water and Sanitation (cewas) Ratmalana Moratuwa, No. 10, Egodahena Road, Ratmalana, Sri Lanka.

  1. Construction and dismantling

The exhibition area will be open for the arrangements and the delivery of goods on 21st March 2026. Dates and times would be subject to change. Dismantling will take place after closing on 24th March 2026 and all items to be taken away from the cwas premises within 24 hours.

Cancellation Conditions
• Cancellations received more than 2 months before the event (23.01.2026) are liable for 50% of the rental fee
• Cancellations less than 4 months before the event are liable for 75% of the rental fee
