Suppliers/ authorized dealers who are already registered with the Board should reapply for registration

Only those authorized dealers/ suppliers who have been operating in their respective fields for at least one year should apply for registration

Application forms should accompany a non-refundable fee of prescribed amount for each group by cash or Bank draft (valid for 90 days) in favour of "General Manager, National Water Supply & Drainage Board". Cheque or money orders will not be accepted. (Office hrs. 9.00 am - 12.00 and 1.00 pm - 3.00 pm)

Applicants who wish to register for more than one group of item should send separate Application Form for each group.

Quotation for suppliers will be called as and when necessary from the Registered Suppliers. The registration does not bind this organization to invite bids only from the Registered Suppliers. Registered service oriented suppliers will be graded subsequently. The grading will be done based on the Suppliers after ascertaining their credentials in the respective field of supply.

Name of Suppliers/ Contractors who fail to make suppliers in conformity with our requirements will be deleted from the Register of suppliers without notice. Copy of Business Registration Certificate/ Memorandum of understanding should be attached along with the additional information called for from items 1 to 10 below.

Application forms will not be issued. Applicants are advised to apply on a self-prepared application forms as per specimen below.

NWSDB reserves the right to accept or reject any application after evaluating the applications received before closing date Evaluation will be based on details of additional information submitted along with the application.
