தேசிய நீர் வழங்கல் மற்றும் வடிகாலமைப்பு சபையின் ஜப்பானிய திட்டப் பிரிவானது ஜெயிக்கா (JICA) நிதியுதவி மூலம் பெற்ற கடன், மானியம் மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு திட்டங்களை வடிவமைத்து ஒருங்கிணைக்கவும் மற்றும் ஜப்பானிய நிதியின் நீர் வழங்கல் மற்றும் கழிவுநீர் திட்டங்களின் பயன்பாட்டை வெற்றிகரமாக செயற்படுத்தவும் உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. இப்பிரிவானது மேலதிக பொது முகமையாளர் (நீர் வழங்கல் திட்டங்கள்) தலைமையில் நீர் வழங்கல் திட்டங்கள் பிரிவின் கீழ் செயற்பட்டு வருகின்றது.
